Plaza Bonita Family Mexican Restaurant. was founded by Jesus Alberto and Graciela Zuniga. Our first restaurant was in 2003 at that location in Flagstaff. We were there for 11 years. We decided to expand to more locations such as Cottonwood, Prescott Valley, Prescott, Sedona, Lake Havasu, Kingman, Carefree, and Maricopa.
We decided to sell it as a franchise to friends at the time, only keeping the cuisine of Carefree and Maricopa. We have been in Carefree locations for 14 years and in Maricopa for 12 years.
